Our holiday home

Our luxurious, Platinum holiday home is a 2016 Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, situated in Kestrel Heights, one of the most exclusive areas of Devon Cliffs holiday park.

Located at the edge of the park, with a veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside and the Exe estuary, our holiday home feels private and secluded.

Features:

  • 3 bedrooms (1 x double, 2 x twin) plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Sleeps 8 max. All bedrooms have plenty of storage.
  • Double bed and en-suite toilet in the main bedroom
  • Patio doors onto large veranda with stunning views. The veranda runs the full length of the van and has a lockable gate - great for small children
  • Fully double glazed and central heating to make off-season stays perfectly comfortable
  • Bluetooth speakers that can connect to iPod/iPhone etc, with built in radio, TV/DVD player in the lounge. TV in the main bedroom (coming soon, please check).
  • Own parking space just outside, plus several visitors spaces outside.
  • Short walk to main complex with swimming pools, shops, bars/restaurants and entertainment.
  • 10min walk to beach and South Beach Café.

For families:

Situated in a quiet cut-de-sac, there is no through traffic, making it perfect for families with young children - plus the full wrap-around, lockable veranda means children can play safely outside without worry, and you can have the patio doors open to the beautiful views.

About Kestrel Heights:

Kestrel Heights is part of a development that opened in 2015. It is on the West side of the park, about a 5 minute walk to the main complex, and about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. There is a large carpark at the beach if required. Our plot, and the whole Kestrel Heights area is level, with paved pathways and tarmacked roads. A couple of small children's play areas are within a minute or two's walk from our holiday home.
